Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. To ensure this, we have implemented appointment, deposit, and cancellation policies. Appointments are in high demand, and canceling early allows another client the opportunity to access timely care. This policy helps us optimize the use of available appointments for all our clients. When booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward the cost of your service(s). The amount of your nonrefundable deposit is determined by the price of the service, which can be found on the services tab. You may reschedule once at least 24 hours in advance at no extra charge. In this case, your deposit will be applied to a future booking. If you need to reschedule more than once, a $35 rescheduling fee will be charged and your deposit, again, will be applied to a future booking. No-shows/late/same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are charged at 50% of the total service price. In this case, your deposit is forfeited and the remaining amount is charged to reach 50%. A 10-minute grace period may be allowed. Any arrivals 15+ minutes late will be treated as a no-show/late/same-day cancellation. No-shows will not be able to rebook on their own online and must rebook directly with Allyce.
